We will only post information here if there are issues relating to our network, servers or equipment that affect customer web site performance. We will not update this page every day unless there are issues to report. If it is not listed here, then it is very likely that there may be a problem above our network rather than with us. Customers are highly encouraged to place this page URL into their favorites or write down the address should there be any issues where you cannot get to our support HelpDesk and need updates.

  • We will not give you a "sugar-coated" answer. We will tell you the problem regardless of whether or not we think you will like the answer.

  • Integrity is the hallmark of our company. If it is our fault, it's our fault and we will say so.

  • If we do not live up to our guarantees, you get credit for the time of the problem. It's that simple.
